As the FRESH FROM BRAZIL banner for the most part covers the ties of the bikini top, the impression is that the model is topless. The twin peaks in the background also serve to provide the idea of breasts.
The ad’s engine is the subliminal association / suggestion provided by the unconscious cueing on the similarity of the word “fresh” to “flesh.”

It’s hard to imagine that telephone booths manage to make any money in these days of pervasive cell phones. Presumably, the booths now serve only as an excuse for the private use of public space for the display of advertising.
